And it is sure good!! I have so much to catch up on. I have to check out the recipe files!! I have been making a quick breakfast and will do this when college starts back up next week. I take a can on hominy (either the white or the yellow), rinse it in a strainer, fry it in the frying pan with your choice of sprays, and when it is just starting to show color from frying, I add two scrambled eggs. I make an entire can of hominy which costs only 40 cents at Wal-Marts as my cats adore it and it doesn't seem to bother them. Thanks to my dad for teaching me how to do things like carpentry and electrical work!!! It is so good to be back!!
