Just keep on making those good recipes and offer him side dishes of your creations. Trust me you would never believe my sister and bil are vegetarians now for almost 5 years if you saw what they used to eat and how much fun they made of vegetarians. He said he doesn't care if I don't buy or cook any meat at home. He still wants to grill meat every Friday, but he said he'll buy it himself and prepare it. I am thrilled!!
