You may have heard about offices in Japan circulating essential oils of Lemon, Peppermint and Cypress through the air conditioning systems to keep office workers alert ........... Well, an interesting side effect , it seemed to reduce their urge to smoke. This Daily Aromatherapy Tip http://www.aromathyme.com

" - John Lennon Faith, no matter what we believe in is an important motivator in life. There are reasons why something is the way it is, though we dont always know why. Problems are never a way to punish us, sometimes they are a way of making us better and stronger, more compasionate and knowlegable people inside. We may worry, we may feel down on the world but we must always remember that faith is what brings us together and that god, no matter what we call him or her has not punnished us, only trusted us with an extra special gift. ~ Me

Guest guest
The only problem with this, GB, is that the sandalwood is now an endangered species of tree and so reputable suppliers over here no longer sell the essential oil. The essential oil comes from the heartwood and so the tree has to be cut down to get it. Even so I hate the thought of a world without the scent of sandalwood. I still have about 10mls which I now use very sparingly in times of need. Guest guest
Christie, I did not know it was endangered. I know it is very expensive oil.
