Guest guest
Hi! I am Wanda from Georgia. My husband and I are recent vegetarians. We have had health problems that should have been addressed long ago. We also love the animals. We are not vegan yet. We still eat egg, milk, and occassionally fish. I understand this is not a forum for fish recipes. We just recently moved from Florida. Here in Georgia we moved into a heavily wooded area. We are into backyard bird watching, so we were delighted to find that our subdivision is called quail hollow. I love vegetable sushi with the ginger, soysauce and wasabi. I actually collect decorative chopsticks and would like to decorate a room in oriental motif someday. Some of our interset includes photography, genealogy, computers, faith issues, and meeting new friends. One of the silly foods that I missed was chili dogs when we changed diets. I finally found a good substitute for us. Ingedients do not actually include " veggie dogs " . You will need 1 can of Texas Pete chili (which uses soy grits) 1 can of sauer kraut, wheat hot dog buns, condiments like sugar free ketchup, mustard, dill relish, chopped onions or shredded cheese on top. Just warm the chili and kraut on stove (we mix kraut and chili together in skillet), microwave the buns, dress it like you wish!

Guest guest
Hormel makes a tasty vegetarian chili and Morning Star farms has a good " hot dog " . Morning Star's Corny Dog is pretty tasty also - better in the toaster oven or oven than in the microwave.
