You don't want them real soupy nor do you want them dried out. I think this might work. Hope you like this recipe. I will try your watermelon recipe. I'm interested in pepper with fruit now. Who's got the watermelon recipe? Pepper might make the stuff edible, lol. Oh, don't anyone panic over the 'green' peppercorns - you can use black!
