I love Dr. Christine Northrup her office is just down the street I have been on a waiting list forever to be seen by her. I was recommened by my midwife to take mag/ calcium suppliment for my PMDD It gave me awful stomach aches. does anyone know of any foods I can eat instead? I dont drink milk and try not to eat too much dairy. Anyhow that article was great. I have read her book Womans bodies, Woman's ... I am embarrassed to say I forgot the rest of the title but ladies it is worth the readIt changed my life. Sorry it took me so long to respond to the magnesium e-mail I had it printed out and have been so focused on getting my kid to gain weight I forgot about all the e-mails I had piled up.
