Guest guest Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 Not your Mama's " Beef " Stroganoff 1 pkg TVP 1 teaspoon olive oil 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 1 large diced onion 3 cloves minced garlic 1/4 cup veggie broth 1 can condensed mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard 4 cups cooked egg noodles 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Cook TVP with oil until heated. Set aside 3. Saute onion, mushroom and garlic with broth until tender. Remove from heat add TVP, sour cream, soup and dijon mustard.
