Guest guest Posted January 18, 2007 Report Share Posted January 18, 2007 Quorn Enchiladas we are having this for dinner if anyone makes it please let me know if you added anything to the sauce that was the only part I wasnt thrilled 2 pkgs of Quorn " ckn " naked cutlets 2 red pepper cut in strips 1 onion diced 1/2 cup fresh chopped parley 1 can of tomato sauce 1 t. italian seasoning 8 tortilla wraps shredded cheese (optional) 1. Cook the Quorn as directed on th package and then slice in strips 2. Saute the onion and pepper and place in the bowl with the Quorn. Add the chopped parsley. 3. add the seasoning to the jar of tomato sauce and pour half on bottom of 13x9 pan. 4. Assemble the tortillas and place in the pan .
