Rainy day mushroom pillow,

colors green, brown and yellow.

Wonder if they'll turn back ever,

contemplating what together,

poison dreams, assorted dreams, mushroom dreams.

LOL I don't have one of those, but I bet it would Donna. Don't you just love

those grill marks it puts on things? Tonight, I also cut thick circles of

purple onions, leaving all the rings in tack, brushed with the olive oil garlic

mixture and grilled those and some thick green bell pepper rings in it. When

they were tender, but still a little crisp, I removed them and sprinkled those

with some garlic salt.... Yummmm...

Instead of Black pepper in the recipe below, I substituted some garlic salt.

Wow did it make the tomato slices taste great!

Enjoy,

Judy

Sounds great! I will try it in the Foreman Grill, my

hero George with his boxing gloves on or his grill

plugged in. I like to grill long flat slices of

russet potatoes and also zucchini slices.
