I found Pandan Essence here :-

http://importfood.com/spco1105.html

Ovalette Stabilizer is harder to find ON-LINE in USA.

Pandan Extract and Pandan Paste needs a miracle to find ON-LINE in USA.

The recipe did say you can leave out Ovalette and it will make little difference

:)

At least you still have the Pandan Flavour, ha :)

OK, I will report back how my Chiffon Cake turns out.

It is a worry because it is my first Chiffon Cake :(

I am told this cake is delicious by my Malaysian/Singaporean friend.

Best Wishes,

Wee :)
