Guest guest Posted January 20, 2007 Report Share Posted January 20, 2007 Mustard Miso Sauce (Karashi Miso Sosu) 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 1/2 cup imported Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon mirin 1 teaspoon sugar 1 generous tablespoon sweet white miso hot red-pepper sauce to taste In a grinding bowl or small electric spice grinder, process sesame seeds until powdery.
