I love all of Robin Robertson's cookbooks. But have been deeply engaged

with this one lately. Lots of terrific recipes, many that wouldn't be

found anywhere eles. Check on her website and see if she has the table

of contents.

I did check out her website and she includes sample recipes from many

of her books, which I shall try out.

Not much chance of buying it used over here, I fear. I order it from

Amazon and it takes another 6 weeks for it to arrive but at least I

don't have to pay postage.
