Okra Patties

This is all I do:

 

Take a pound of okra and wash it. Cut off the ends

and boil for 5 moniutes. Rinse and cool. Take your

kitchen scissors and cut in bits. Add one beaten egg,

finely chopped celery and onion, spices, breadcrumbs

(enough to make them form a patty) and fry into

patties. They are really good. I doubt you will not

like these. Even Chanda the okra hater loves them.
