Guest guest Posted February 5, 2007 Report Share Posted February 5, 2007 1 15 oz. can Garbanzo Beans-*drained and pureed (I used Libby's organic) 1 small can crushed pineapple -drained juice of 1/2 lemon Apx. 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt(any flavor yogurt will work) pinch of sea salt Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor. * I used the liquid from the Garbanzo Beans to simmer my okra in.
