Chanterelle, Lobster And Oyster Mushroom Bisque-Mark

Hi Mark,

 

This sounds amazing! But do you think it would be as yummy with 12 ozs.

oyster mushrooms, instead of all three? (I've only eaten chanterelles a

few times and never heard of lobster mushrooms before now, but oyster

mushrooms are plentiful around here, especially once the farmers market

gets going.) Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This looks so good. At first I thought a lobster

recipe got into the group (:-O

I can find all 3 of these mushrooms at Whole Foods,

I'll have to try it soon.
