Guest guest
I saw the previous link for garlic juice and read your email. I associate " juice " with, well, breakfast, and I thought this " juice " would quite probably wake anyone up in the morning. It probably would not go well with Belgian waffles. Probably okay with an omelette, you know, they can have garlic and onions in them. I'm not sure I would like this for breakfast though. Okay, I know or rather believe, this isn't really that type of juice, not something to quaff with melons and muesli. Guest guest
I don't think garlic contains oil in itself, but has to be mixed with it. Here are several more of the garlic oil extracts liquids. You can ignore the tablets, katie, since you are looking for the oil .. There are several pages to flip thru on here. Maybe one will be just what you are looking for. Guest guest
There are lots of companies who bottle olive oil infused with the taste of garlic or basil or some other herb. I don't want that. I want pure garlic juice/oil. I use it in dishes where I want the flavor of garlic, but don't want the pulp. or when I want to eat it without cooking it, so regular garlic would still be crunchy and overpowering in some bites and none in others. I decided what I am going to do, though. I am going to run about 3 cups of garlic cloves through the juicer and make my own. Guest guest
I have tried it, but it is never strong enough for me, and I have to add garlic anyway, so what is the use? Guest guest
These are the same ones for which I posted the Spices Etc. link: http://www.spicesetc.com/product/287/8 She said she didn't want the spritzer. I say, just unscrew the cap, if that's the only qualm. LOL. I think this is about as plain garlic " oil " as you get in non-supplement form. Unfortunately, they added salt as a preservative, so it's not a low-sodium product. -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , " April " <adv42084 wrote: > > There is some Garlic Juice at: > > http://www.madeincalifornia.net > > You can do a search, they have roasted and regular. > > I have never heard of this and am interested to try it > > Hope this helps > > April > > > , Katie M <cozycate@> wrote: > > There are lots of companies who bottle olive oil infused > with the taste of garlic or basil or some other herb. Guest guest
Thanks, That is what I want, but I don't want it that bad. They charge $5.50 for the tiny little bottle, that weighs just a couple ounces, but want to charge me an additional $20.99 for shipping. That is, unless I want it soon, in which case it is $45.07. That is ridiculous. Katie April <adv42084 wrote: There is some Garlic Juice at: http://www.madeincalifornia.net You can do a search, they have roasted and regular.
