Another Hi to Louise - and an excuse to introduce

myself - again.

 

I've been on this list before, but changes in ISP, in

computers, in location, in lifestyle have meant going

off list a couple of times :=( I've been lurking a

week or two this time. And I'm pretty sure I have not

re-introduced myself.

 

I'm Pat and I live (now) in Montreal with my dh and

two beagles and their cat. We are longtime

vegetarians, now going-on-vegan, except for the cat

who is an independent soul ;=) We have a vegan-style -

that is to say plant-based - diet at home now, but

outside the home it is still more 'going-on' than

vegan for at least half of the time. We're working on

it - and on the lifestyle too. A bit at a time. I'm

63.

 

This is a great group and I feel privileged to be here

- again!

hi everyone

 

i went on holiday to lyme regis, and there is a shop there that sells soya

and rice milk, provomel custard etc....wheew.....

 

had fab time staring at the sea, letting all the city stress go, now i am

ready for winter!!

Oh I hate winter!! Too depressing. I do love fall though-- Halloween

let me see if i remember all this The Whitlam govt in the early 70's didn't get along with the CIA

dealings with the Nugan-Hand Bank(the CIA's big ol cover bank before BCCI)..

problems with the watch stations centered in Australia( i think they were called HiHAt..monitoring stations to pick up phone calls all across Asia)

So, fairly regular US foreign policy then? I guess they got confused and thought Australia was in the Middle East :-)
