Guest guest
Hi, I want to buy some nutritional yeast, and have never bought it before. I've read that it can be a source of vitamin B10, and I wondered if this description of nutritional info from a particular brand includes B10? It doesn't look like it to me, ut perhaps I'm wrong? Guest guest
I'm assuming you mean B12 - I can see nothing in the list that says B12 is present. Guest guest
Get Red Star Nutritional Yeast, Catherine. It's the best nutritionally for B-12 (not B-10), and tastes waaaaayyy better than the others. Whole cookbooks have been devoted to it. You can buy it online. Just Google Red Star Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Formula. Catherine Turner <catherineturner2000 wrote: Hi,I want to buy some nutritional yeast, and have never bought it before.
