Guest guest
Hi, I think the most useful thing we can do for Chikalunatic is to get him a cookery book which lies somewhere between " How to Boil an Egg " (by Delia Smith which starts at the absolute basics of teaching someone how to cook), " Grub on a Grant " (a famed series of 1980s UK books teaching students how to cook cheaply). Except vegan. I know of no such beast, but I barely touch the cookbooks I own. Does anyone else know of one? Ta, Ian
Guest guest
Hi Ian, Why would you recomend me a book that has do with cooking an egg or a book to cook cheap but not for Vegans? , Ian McDonald <ian@m...> wrote: > Hi, > > I think the most useful thing we can do for Chikalunatic is to get him a > cookery book which lies somewhere between " How to Boil an Egg " (by Delia > Smith which starts at the absolute basics of teaching someone how to > cook), " Grub on a Grant " (a famed series of 1980s UK books teaching > students how to cook cheaply). Guest guest
Thanks for the books to look up. I like to cook I just need to get some cooking wear and all that. Table too. I can't wait to start cooking. Also because I noticed when you eat out you never know what you are getting. I got a roach in my veggie wrap like 5 months ago. And I see little bugs here and there when I have gone out. So for being healthier and safer and it's fun to cook I can't wait. I need to learn how to get my tofu just right, I never do same with beans. But I'm sure those books will help a lot, better than making up stuff hoping it will taste good.
