Guest guest
i've heard of these two as far as i know their work was totally debunked by a man named Lambert and for one thing, McIntyre is a mining executive, who apparantly can't read a themometer... and for another, McKitrick is affiliated the American Enterprise Institute..give em a look up some time... apparantly McIntyre messed up wholesale when it came to concepts of thermodynamics and knows absolutely nuthin of how climate works... but apparantly the main grip is that the model they used has something to do with using the wrong mathmatical equations..something to do with latitude and radians.... i guess i need to go look it up but..math makes my brain run out of my head and flush itself down the toilet you are always going t ofind folks who disagree on things, especially scince and concepts...but..when over 99% of climate scientists agree on global warming, maybe they have something to it sure some folks disagree.. some folks still think the world is flat as well *shrug* rvijay07 Dec 28, 2004 6:32 PM Global Warming Challenged: Global Warming Challenged:http://www.uoguelph.ca/~rmckitri/research/trc.htmlhttp://www.uoguelph.ca/~rmckitri/research/trcres.htmlhttp://www.usatoday.com/usatonline/20031029/5631011s.htmWhen McIntyre and McKitrick audited Mann's data to see whether its conclusions could be replicated, they discovered significant problems.
