Guest guest
This is a little article from a newsletter I to I really find the topic alarming and helpful so I have forward it to everyone this does have a small commercial content which I usually avoid forwarding but in this case I feel it important all the best Craig /\/ewsTarget Insider Alert (www.NewsTarget.com) Bringing you the inside story on topics that matter ------------------------------ (Please forward to others who may benefit) Un instructions at bottom Today I have an announcement of a freely-available, downloadable ebook called " Surviving the Influenza Pandemic. " This is a scary subject, since the truth about the potential flu pandemic is not something we want to face. Should such a pandemic actually occur, it would make the South Asia tsunami disaster seem mild in comparison. We're talking about a global infection rate of 30% of the population. I've been sitting on this report for almost a month, not sure if I should release it. I don't want to contribute to any kind of public panic over the flu pandemic, but the news just keeps getting worse and people need to be prepared. As the World Health Organization has been announcing, people are dying from the bird flu virus in Korea right now. And strangely enough, the repercussions of the South Asia tsunami could theoretically create a bird flu virus incubator -- a region where the virus can spread, uncontrolled, with no effective defense because of the destruction of infrastructure caused by the tidal wave. It is truly a recipe for potential disaster. And it's better to be safe than sorry just in case this thing gets out of control. So I've decided to go public with this report out of a desire to give people the information they would need to save themselves, even if their governments refuse to prepare (which is basically the real world situation right now). You can download the ebook at: http://www.truthpublishing.com/SurvivingInfluenza.html If you want the full story on beating influenza, you may also want to check out, " How to Beat the Flu, " which is a paid ebook available at: http://www.truthpublishing.com/BeatTheFlu.html As always, I do recommend various products in these books. These are antiviral products that are far more effective at stopping viral replication than even the most potent antiviral drugs. But I also warn readers that relying on medicines (natural or otherwise) is foolish, and that if you don't have a strong immune system from here forward, a global outbreak of the bird flu virus could prove very dangerous to your health. So don't sit back and rely on last-minute medicines. Get healthy now, and you're far more likely to survive the bird flu outbreak, even if you get infected. - Mike =============================================================== Downloadable book now available: The Seven Laws of Nutrition Transform your health and overcome chronic disease by learning the fundamental truths of nutrition. http://www.truthpublishing.com/7laws.html =============================================================== Un: http://204.17.32.90:3182/UC000002MTQwNDQA.HTML Not yet a r? Guest guest
Hi Craig The government here has been trying to scare people into having all sorts of innoculations. I think the best thing to do is keep as healthy as possible by eating a really clean (vegan) diet, having plenty of vitamin and mineral rich veggies and supplements. I think it is also a good idea to have intermittent courses of echinacea when there are germs around, and if you do get an infection you can up your intake of vitamin C to enormous proportions safely for a while. The one thing I think we could lack is the vitamin A needed to fight some infections. I know you get enough if you eat plenty of carrots, sweet potatoes etc. - but how many of us eat enough? Is bird flu the same as psittacosis? Don't you have the wonderful MMR vaccination in the US?... it stands for "Measles, Mumps & Rubella" - 3 vaccinations in one... there's been a big debate in the UK over it, since some experts believe that it is a cause of autism in children. Guest guest
Hi Fraggle Yep - same debate. There is no vegan vaccination for anything. I have heard that you can have homeopathic vaccinations, but you would have to make sure that the 'mother' tincture was used, not the tablets as the tablets have lactose in them. Also, of course, some of the mother tinctures come from animals, so you would have to check on that too - many of them are from plants. I have also heard that these vaccines are effective. I haven't had any tetanus injections for many years, and do worry a little about it when gardening. IIRC my last shot was a tetanus booster in about 1982 (and I was only a kid at the time) - they're desperately trying to encourage us to have MMR and Meningitis shots at University. It annoyed me a bit that when you first register as a student it is expected that you will have a Meningitis shot, and you have to tell them if you don't want it! Guest guest
Hi Anna > I've never had a tetanus shot. Nyah, nyah. Well, it's alright for some! I had my initial shot when I fell off a wall at age 5 and had to have stitches.... they injected it right into the wound to make sure that it acted in the vital area first!!! I think I then had the one booster a few years later. BB Peter

> > Jo
