Guest guest
Here is one another related important factor HEAT WAVES. Around 2003 there was a big heat wave and several seniors passed away in France. (This can be sort of looked at like a mini signal from nature about the things to come, as the signs of Global Warming are everywhere.) http://www.talonnews.com/news/2003/september/0929_french_heat_wave.shtml Heat Waves/Dust Storms are common in some parts of India. Sometimes they can get really extremely hot. Without much Ozone, add a high UV index to this and this is again a recipe for disaster. Around 2001, heat was quite intense in Canada also in the summer. The City of Toronto had planned cooling shelters for the public should it get much worse. I started sleeping on the floor. A few nights I couldn't sleep well at all as it was really intense felt like I was almost getting broiled a bit. Went to work with blood shot eyes. (Later I learned some good techniques against this such as dowsing myself and the bed with water, frequently moisturizing my home etc.,) With drought and without the cooling effect of Water heat waves may become more common and more intense. As opposed to fast deaths during Tsunami etc., death due to heatwaves etc., can be slow and very painfull. Tornadoes can also be expected to increase due to this. Shortage of resources may prompt local/regional conflicts. Intense heat waves in turn can also lead to more water problems. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/3559426.stm Good Qualities of survivors during such times: 1. Eat Raw 2. Go for long periods without food or very little food 3. Great reason/meaning to live and very positive 4. Great Physical Health Any contrary opinions are also welcome. This makes a good discussion/learning experience. Vijay
