I've been in such a cocoony mode since winter hit (I know, we don't have winter like others do, but it still makes me wanna curl up under a blanket with a hot bowl of soup). This morning, I took some frozen O'Brien potatoes and cooked them with a little oil, seasoned salt, paprika, sliced mushrooms, and cubed tofu.
