Guest guest
Jo I want to thank you for turning me onto that Vegetarian Free book. I feel inspired to eat better now. I am going to give it another go...sometimes it's so hard to do the vegan thing AND the allergen thing...but this book will help. I have found lots of sugar free and wheat free but not sugar-free, wheat-free diary free AND meat-free as well. To get ALL of it is like finding a needle in the haystack! So thanks a bunch! Guest guest
Good luck Kristina I found it daunting to start with, but because I had so much digestive trouble for years I was determined to stick to the six months that I was told to do. That book was very helpful and we still use recipes from it, even though I can now include some of the foods in my diet. With regard to sugar - there are fruit sugars (Fruisan) which you can use instead of normal sugar. Apparently the glycemic index is a lot lower and it is sweeter so you don't have to use so much. For these reasons it is healthier than normal sugar. Jo , lv2breathe@a... wrote: > Jo > > I want to thank you for turning me onto that Vegetarian Free book. I feel > inspired to eat better now.
