favorite cheesecake recipe anyone?

My daughter is having a slumber party this Friday night and I was

thinking of making a faux cheesecake - does anyone have a good

recipe? I made a pumpkin one that was in Veg News around the

holidays - it was very good but it was more work than I want to do

for a group of 13 year olds. Also, I have to make it gluten free as

well (her best friend has celiacs). Her friend's mom suggested

using a cereal for the crust (I'll probably try the Gorilla Munch

cereal but any suggestions are welcome).

Thanks,

nancy

Here's a few to be going along with. The first two I have made myself

and they turned out quite well. You can adapt the recipes for gluten

free.
