Guest guest
Oh, ummmm..Have you been fantasizing of moving to the wilds of Oakland lately? Does the thought of living in a smallish house in the flatlands give you goosebumps of pleasure? Then yer lucky century has arrived! Two rooms for rent in a smallish abode in the East Bay. Neither room is huge, both sorta small, but, hey, i found the rent was just too high at the Taj Mahal. The house..punk vege friendly household...small backyard with an organic garden(which has seen better days..damn you old man winter!) situated near BART, Children's Hospital, speedbumps and urban liquor stores. Me..vegan, like beer, ok, love beer, gettin old and cranky, and umm..yeah.... You..able to pay bills, don't bring the entire bar home everynite(unless you bring a keg)and can tell the difference between the floor and the toilet bowl.. the rooms..like i said..two of em.. 1. $450 a month..has a grand view of the house next door, and sweeping panaroma of the stairs out back. Ohh.i've got the chills just describing it. Mirrored doors on the closet so you can watch yerself shake yer groove thing. Don't mind the cameras, they don't work, really. And they are only there for your protection. 2. $400 a month..out back..sorta detached MIL..for that " i hate you all and want to be apart from you bastards " feel..ok..not really...its just a seperate room. and a 1/3 of the bills (Directv, PG & E, aqua) haus has basic amenities, like a roof, direct access to the..umm..street...and well..me... wot do you want for oakland? Move in costs are first and deposit. oh, and its near the new lanesplitter. Pizza and beer. Did i mention it has a roof? Available March 1st 40 years in the local store Got forced out by the supermarket The price of all your favorite meals Stays low but now you can’t afford it Send in the supermarket forces Stick it on a card to save you cash They know your details in a flash Streamlined sets the mental tone Now everyone’s a shopping clone

Guest guest
OK, some days I really HATE -- like when it dumps a whole message I just typed for no apparent reason... Anyway, fraggle, I am forwarding this to a friend in Mountain View. I don't think she needs a place, but she may know someone who does. Hope you find some good people. sara , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > Oh, ummmm..Have you been fantasizing of moving to the wilds of Oakland lately?
