Help with eggs

Hey guys I made brownies for my family and I used flax with water to

replace my eggs errrrrrrr well lets just says we could have played

baseball. Is there a better item to use. The ener g egg replacer is

like $6 here but if it will work I will have to use is. Let me know

please.

It's expensive by the box, but since you only use a tablespoon or two per

egg, I think it's *much* cheaper than eggs.

When I make a vegan version of the toll house cookie recipe I use

3T. canola oil, 3T water and 2 tsp baking powder for the two eggs

called for in the recipe. You combine the oil and water - whisk in

the baking powder. When it bubbles add it to your recipe. This

makes an awesome cookie.

Ener G egg replacer lasts a lot longer then you think. It's around 5 dollars (US) here. One box will last longer then one month. Much longer in my house. Believe me, it's worth it! Valladynomi78 <ladynomi78 wrote:

Ours lasts for months - I suppose because we don't make cakes that often - it keeps well.

I have also used bananas as well as apple sauce as egg replacer . actually taste quite well or even better.
