It's not my business but I am just curious where one can buy that much land. Where I live, older single family homes range around 600 thousand. Guest guest
We're in the Trinity Alps. Here's some pictures of the country around here http://dubakella.tcoe.trinity.k12.ca.us/hmitchel/Pictures_Of_Trinity_Alps.html The first picture on this link is about 1/2 mile from where our private road comes out on Hwy. 3 http://users.snowcrest.net/wb6fzh/tcphfk6.html The second photo is two roads south of ours http://users.snowcrest.net/wb6fzh/tcphsno1.html And lots more pictures http://www.pashnit.com/roads/cal/Highway3.htm http://users.snowcrest.net/wb6fzh/tcphoto1.html The prices are going up around here. Retiring folks from L.A. seem to have found us but you can still get a house in this area for well under $200,000 and if you're want to spend the big bucks, you can get a double-wide with an add on, a guest house and 35 acres for less than 1/2 a mill http://www.listingpreview.com/21.html AND, our county government is really behind organic. They were one of the first to pass a "no Frankenseed" get out of town Monsanto ordinance!
