Guest guest
On the subject of Diet, I recently went to my local quack for back problems, and while I was there I asked if I could have a blood test to check levels of B12 being a long time vegan. I was told NO, not unless my blood count was low. Can anyone explain this to me? So I am being tested for lipids ( cholesterol test ) and a blood count - as my family history is one of heart problems. As Doris Day once said, . Que Sera, Sera........ I do meditation etc., so it is in great control. So for sure lowering BP is not for me. However, I did several drastic changes and a combination of factors seem to be involved in what I faced. Guest guest
I have heard that meditation is good for lowering the blood pressure. I must mention that to a work colleague who is trying very hard to lower her bp without medication, but so far is not having any success. Thanks for reminding me.
