Guest guest
Hello! I have just read " The weight loss cure " . I have never been so mad in my life. Finally reading in print, what I suspected for at least four decades was more than this poor old country boy could stand. The greedy in this nation, who have addicted it's people to the point of no resolution to the obesity problem, have declared war on me personally. That's a mistake, big mistake. I need information to get my health back and then we fight. I refuse to be treated like a worthless piece of meat. Thank you Ronald L. Guest guest
Well said William, " Being happy with who you are " is the first step to good mental and physical health. One day of feeling ill can seem like a lifetime. I have never in my 65 years had the flu and my last cold was after taking a plane trip in July 3 years ago.Eating healthy is a lifestyle and one filled with fun and adventure. My 87 yr.old mother changed her lifestyle and eating habits several years ago and is also very healthy. She eats little or no meat. Not so with several of our ancestors and living relatives. We have some relatives who died way too young from illnesses that most likely could have been helped by a better lifestyle. I am so thankful and blessed that I discovered Vegetarianism over 25 yrs. ago. I love my life. There are not enough hours in the day to sample all the wonderful healthy foods and learn new ideas and recipes from the fantastic people in this group. Guest guest
I'm from Oklahoma, the phrase " Eat well " has a whole diffrent meaning to us. Fried okra. side meat, chicken gravy, ECT Ect. There within is the problem. So I must assume that Eat well, in a vegeterian group means but not meat, which is ok with me, I am very tired of it anyway, it's not as it used to be.
