Guest guest
Does anyone know of anything natural to prevent scaring? My son 5 year old scratched my 10 year old. I didnt think it was that deep it has been a week and it isn't healing in fact it looks like he could have needed stitches. Thanks a lot Steph
Guest guest
We use Vit E. Oil (you can buy bottles of just the oil, not in a capsule, in the vitamin section at Wal-Mart) and mix it with some Aloe Vera gell(also from Wal-Mart). I just put a little of each in the palm of my hand and mix it together and put on any scratches. We used to do this in the hospital and it really worked on those wounds that folks had, to not scar or have very minimal one. It will also help to reduce the appearance of scars one already has. I use it as a body lotion after showers every day. It works great!. Guest guest
thanks everyone I can't go to Walmart since we got two feet of snow but I will walk to shaws with the boys (just a block away) and look. I forgot about aloe. Hugs from me and Aaron, Steph Looking for earth-friendly autos? Browse Top Cars by " Green Rating " at Autos' Green Center. Guest guest
Viatmin E is your body's natural healer. It's what keeps your skin elastic and eventually makes the scars fade. You can get some great vitamin E lotions out there, that's what I used to help my stretch marks fade after I had my son and keep them from getting as bad with DD and now with this baby. My sister had surgery on her knee, twice, resulting in a 10 inch scar down her leg across her knee cap. She got vitamin E capsules, broke them open, and rubbed the gel directly on her scar.
