1 1/3 cups cake flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Wet:

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp. canola oil

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 pkg. Mori-Nu® Silken Lite Tofu Firm

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/3 cup European processed cocoa powder

optional garnish: 2 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts

Is the tofu mentioned in this recipe the water-packed

or the dry boxed (which I've never before purchased)?

How much in a package?

Thanks,
