Guest guest
Our top five would be: garlic (dried, minced, powdered, fresh - you get the idea...), basil, cumin, cayenne and cinnamon.
Guest guest
Being Italian, my top 5 are pretty basic: garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, thyme. I'm growing all of these in my new garden this year and am excited to see how the flavor varies from even the fresh pieces I get at the store. I'm also gorwing lavender which I like a lot as an herbal remedy for pain and stress. I'm growing mint, though I don't drink a lot of mint tea or use it a lot, I hope to use it more. My favorite tea is hibiscus and rose hips, I'm not sure I could make that from my garden if I tried to plant those flowers, too time consuming!
