A little of this goes a long way spread on bread.

Olive-Nut Sandwich Spread

8 ozs. softened cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup sliced salad olives

2 tbsps. olive liquid from the jar

dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate till set. This

Sounds good. Do you use the green pimento stuffed olives or black olives?

MMM olives and cream cheese. My favorite combo. I buy olive tapanade (fancy

for olive paste and herbs) and we eat it like it is oing out of style. Our

favorite dinner is warm French bread, tapanade with cream cheese. Add a

salad and a glass of wine. Voila a fancy dinner for 2.
