Guest guest Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 4 cloves garlic minced 8 oz white mushrooms diced veggie broth 1 cup frozen chopped spinach 1 cup pine nuts 4 cups leftover rice 1. Saute the garlic and mushroom until tender add the drained spinach and pine nuts until heated and stir in the rice. Very simple and tasted real good Sucker-punch spam with award-winning protection.
