Quorn ckn in crockpot Ginger - Steph

I make my crockpot recipe and add the Quorn Chk at the end, say the

last 10 to 15 minutes and it works fine.

I made a crockpot of white chili and added it at the end. It worked.

Ah. I may have to review those old crockpot meat recipes from the banished back

of the

recipe box. :-)

 

Husband and I found a difference in tonight's recipe try-out: boneless chicken

breast can

contribute moisture to a dish that Quorn naked cutlets don't. He suggested

adding butter

to the dish; I'm thinking I will find a different alternative, one that will

allow me to save my

fat ration for a different sinful treat.
