Beth,

How do you cook Rhubarb? Do you have some recipes you like to use it for?

I've not cooked with it before, but have enjoyed rhubarb/strawberry pie before.

I used to eat a couple bites of it at my aunts house. She grew it and just

loved to see our faces, when we took a couple of bites of it raw. LOL
