Guest guest
Sue, the order I placed on Amazon, last Monday, came on Friday. Wasn't that great!!!!! The Worthington Chickette comes in a frozen log, but does taste very similar to the Worthington Fri-chik. I enjoy the flavor of the Fri-Chik a bit better, but both are good. I think that the Fri-chik would substitue nicely in this recipe. Enjoy, Judy - Sue Monday, March 12, 2007 5:27 PM Re: Re: 'Chicken-Fried Steaks' Are you talking about Worthington FryChik? That's what Judy uses all the time that I can't find. LOL But she buys it from Amazon.com http://www.kelloggs.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=374 & company=41 Sue ---- Jen 3/12/2007 6:12:50 PM Re: 'Chicken-Fried Steaks' I have no clue myself because I have never heard of it but Morning Star Farms makes a mock chicken patti, the breaded kind, so if those are available near you I am sure that would be a good substitute. They also have nugget form. I tried to do a search for worthington's Chickette on the internet but came up with only the recipe so you may have to substitute brands. , " Lynn " <lhasaluvr wrote: > > Hi, > > Where do you find the Worthington's Checkette?
