It is 110 mg/ 1/2 tsp. It is about 1/4 that of regular soy sauce, but still

tastes plenty salty. I love this stuff and use the Braggs Liquid Amino's all

the time. I never buy Soy Sauce since discovering this product at least 20

years ago. Someone recently gave me a bottle of Maggi's Seasoning Sauce, which

is very similar to soy sauce and that must have had 10 times the salt of Bragg's

liquid amino's. I completely spoiled the food I had put it in. I thought it

would be equal ratio to the braggs, but boy was I wrong....I almost chocked to

death on the saltiness, so be careful, about substituting at equal rates, soy

sauce/maggi's seasoning sauce to Braggs Liquid Aminos in recipes. I love the

lighter taste of Braggs and I love salt. LOL

That is a lot and even if you do the math on the aminos, it still

works out to about half as much as the soy sauce (660 / TBs). I think

there will be some in my grocery cart next week. :)

Do you substitute it 1 for 1 (use the same amount as you would of soy sauce)?
