Fennel Bulb Navy Bean Soup Guru

I printed this and it looks so good, I almost bought a fennel bulb

today, I picked up so many lovely veggies that I decided I would wait

on that one. Now why didn't I get it anyway????

Oh too funny - I did the same thing. The fennel was 1.99 but they were small

bulbs & the broccoli crowns were on sale so I got those instead. Another

day..the recipe will be in the files waiting...

I found crookneck squash for 99 cents and eggplant,

and everything else. The fennel was really gorgeous.

OK I can grab one tomorrow.

I found the nicest baby eggplant. don't care the cost if they're that nice!

and has anyone noticed how cheap asparagus is lately? that's how *I* know

spring is here!
