Guest guest
I came up with this recipe while wanting to make Arthelene's cookies. I began thinking how can I change them to 'raw' or unbaked. Here's the result. They are delicious, filling and you can only eat one or two. Anyone care to help me name them? I could add my name to Arthelene's and come up with Marshalene's unbaked cookie...any other idea? 1 C WHOLE OATS 1/2 C SUNFLOWER SEEDS 1/2 C PUMPKINS SEEDS 1/2 C PECANS 1/8 C FLAX SEEDS 1/2 C COCOA NIBS 1-1/2 C RAISINS 1/2 C DRIED CHERRIES 1/8 C HONEY (I used Tupelo) BLEND ALL IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL IT HOLDS TOGETHER. USING OILED FINGERS, PRESS THESE INTO HALF-DOLLAR SIZE UNBAKED COOKIES. KEEP CHILLED
