So far I have lost a bit of weight from that one single change. I love that plate -- brings out the happy child in me. Brings out the joy and delight in my day. Guest guest
Wow the group is so quiet. Is everyone off enjoying spring? Here's a question, I didn't see a question of the week. Do you think food tastes better and you enjoy it more when eating on your favorite dishes? I do, I pile everything into my Winnie the Pooh bowl or on top of the plate. Guest guest
I really love this question! Don't laugh too hard. I eat off an old Ninja Turtle plate and eat my cereal from a Tinkerbell bowl. Comfort dishes filled with comfort food. Guest guest
I did stop and ponder before I finally bought my dishes with a band of flowers around the edge. Glad I did, I can't wait to get home and make dinner and eat off of them. Guest guest
I don't know... I just really like food. I really do need potion control so maybe I will try eating on my kids plates. But I have these reindeer glasses from Pottery Barn that I use during Christmas time. And they are my most favorite glasses. Everyday I would pick my glass based on my mood. Sometimes I am Comet and sometimes I am Vixen and sometimes Blitzen. My husband loves these glasses too because he doesn't have to guess on my mood..LOL... Guest guest
Don't think it makes food taste better, but have to admit I like using an old Lion King plate... reminds me of when my kids were small!!! Guest guest
I do! We used to have so many different plates my mom collected from days when actual plate samples were sent to your door. We could each choose our own until mom thought it was too tacky and replaced them with a matching set. Needless to say, I've lost weight. > Do you think food tastes better and you enjoy it more > when eating on your favorite dishes?
Guest guest
We have spaghettios bowls which always seem to be a perfect size. The spaghettio " smile " is on the bottom. Like others here, our glassware & mugs are an eclectic collection gathered from yard sales, thrift shops, etc. Cyndy
