I recently did a 7 day Master Cleanse in order to try to remedy some diguestive issues and a sugar addiction. I've been thinking about eliminating meat for some time, and this seemed a good time to jump in. My plan is to eliminate sugar and meat, and then move on to processed junk...(of which I dont' eat a lot to begin with) That's it in a nutshell! Guest guest Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 Hi Marie and Welcome. The only time I have been to Vermont is on a skiing trip and boy do you know how to make Maple Syrup!!! LOL... I also have 2 children but I do feed them meat. I cook vegetarian alot and I think it is good for them to have a variety. Sometimes my son does refer to " meatless " meatballs as the yuck meatballs but he is trying alot of different things. I am interested to know what a Master Cleanse is?? Did you just stop eating sugar or how does it work?? Tracey P.S.
