Tangy Jezebel Sauce

 

18 ounces Apricot preserve

18 ounces Apple jelly

5 ounces Prepared horseradish

1 ounce Dry mustard

1 teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper

 

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Spoon into clean, sterilized jars.

May be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 months.

This sounds wonderful! Now, what can I put it on? Or in???

 

It sounds like something that should be spread over cream cheese, and

served with appropriate dippers/crackers/veggies...
