I can get cashews at any health food grocery store. Where do you live,

Alisha? I buy mine at the Loma Linda University store but I would think any

specialty/health market would have them

Just looked on the web and found several places to buy raw cashews online >

I used them as athickening agent in the blender for sauces, etc. - Nancy

I live in Georgia. Apparently, there is a Whole Foods around here, but it's

a good distance away. I don't go that way often, but maybe I should. I have

a friend who just told me a lot about the store, and it sounds awesome.

Apparently, she and her coworkers eat lunch there often (there are two

restaurants inside).

I don't know where you live, Alyssa, but there is a Whole Foods in

Alpharetta, outside of Atlanta. (But, it is known as Harry's Farmers Market)

I have been there once. It is about two hours from me, so I don't go there

often. But.....it was wonderful. There is also a new Trader Joe's in the

same area.

Thanks Sue. There is also a Trader Joe's in Norcross and another Whole Foods

in Duluth. Duluth is a lot closer to me than Alpharetta, so I'll be checking

that one out if I get the chance. I keep having a feeling that there is one

closer than that though! When I talk to my stepmother the next time, I need

to ask her, because for some reason, I seem to think that a place she took

me once was a farmer's market...
