Guest guest
I can get cashews at any health food grocery store. Where do you live, Alisha? I buy mine at the Loma Linda University store but I would think any specialty/health market would have them Just looked on the web and found several places to buy raw cashews online > _AOL Search results for " raw cashew nuts " _ (http://aolsearch.aol.com/aol/search?encquery=ac52f434ad0c8d1d4842fb2c0aa49617 & i\ nvocationType=keyword_rollover & ie =UTF-8) Reading here, they say they may even help teeth ... interesting. I used them as athickening agent in the blender for sauces, etc. - Nancy ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
I live in Georgia. Apparently, there is a Whole Foods around here, but it's a good distance away. I don't go that way often, but maybe I should. I have a friend who just told me a lot about the store, and it sounds awesome. Apparently, she and her coworkers eat lunch there often (there are two restaurants inside). -Alyssa On Behalf Of NancyTroyer Thursday, April 12, 2007 1:31 PM Raw Cashews I can get cashews at any health food grocery store. Guest guest
I don't know where you live, Alyssa, but there is a Whole Foods in Alpharetta, outside of Atlanta. (But, it is known as Harry's Farmers Market) I have been there once. It is about two hours from me, so I don't go there often. But.....it was wonderful. There is also a new Trader Joe's in the same area. http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/alpharetta/index.html Sue ---- Alyssa 4/12/2007 4:19:15 PM RE: Raw Cashews I live in Georgia. Guest guest
Thanks Sue. There is also a Trader Joe's in Norcross and another Whole Foods in Duluth. Duluth is a lot closer to me than Alpharetta, so I'll be checking that one out if I get the chance. I keep having a feeling that there is one closer than that though! When I talk to my stepmother the next time, I need to ask her, because for some reason, I seem to think that a place she took me once was a farmer's market... -Alyssa On Behalf Of Sue Friday, April 13, 2007 10:16 AM RE: Raw Cashews I don't know where you live, Alyssa, but there is a Whole Foods in Alpharetta, outside of Atlanta.
