Guest guest
My partner made this for lunch on the stovetop today, using brown rice we had leftover--It was so lovely! We both especially enjoyed the way the cinnamon, cumin and lemon juice tasted with the bell pepper and pine nuts. Great recipe, Petro--Thank you!
