What are your favourite tofu recipes? Donna

Lol, I just discovered hickory smoked tofu last week. That's the way I

ate it, too-Yum! But I almost always end up nibbling on tofu while I'm

cutting it up or cooking something to go with it. I mean no one really

misses a few 1-inch cubes, right? ;-)
