I would press the water out, you can lay it on paper

towels and place a plate on top. It will have a

firmer texture if you freeze and that. I mnarinade

the tofu add near the end of the stir fry.

Hey, one if writing you right now! That's a

compliment. Tell your brother my kitchen curtains are

tie-dyed and lithographics of the Rolling Stones are

hanging on my living room walls, and a retired bong is

a silk ivy holder...LOL
