Guest guest
Anyone here eat Dandelions? I just started eating them, they are so bitter. Luckily I like tart, sour and bitter foods. They make cranberries taste sweet. So far I've made a salad w/the leaves and tea with the yellow flower. I found a large plant and am going to dig up the roots, I read bigger is better. I'm trying to find more ideas, simple ones, that I can fit into my life. Any ideas? amanda
Guest guest
Fry the leaves and flowers if you want with oil and chopped onion. Growing up my mom used bacon grease. I use olive oil today. Guest guest
I've heard that they are less bitter before they bloom, if you're picking your own. NIF
