Guest guest Posted April 21, 2007 Report Share Posted April 21, 2007 I just failed at the Master Cleanse. It was my 1st cleanse and I really wanted to go 10 days but lasted 3. I have been a vegetarian since 1992 and a vegan for about 2 months. However, I still find a way to over eat. I just think I need some food in my system at all times so the Master Cleanse didn't work for me. I am starting today a raw food diet that is going to consist of fruits, veggies, seeds & nuts. The first few days are the hardest, after that it's a breeze. I just came off a 40 day fast and wow it's invigorating!
